about the Jaguars (but I'm got the feeling this would be the case with all makes). The description of the car I bought was near perfect. When I viewed the car it was above what I was expecting. Nothing was too much trouble, even sending some videos when asked, and at no point did I feel pressured into buying. The sale was very smooth, with everything explained clearly. I would thoroughly recommend AutoElite South West.
I came all the way from Coventry to purchase my Range Rover Sport. My sale from start to finish was handled by James who was professional and most helpful every step of the way .He answered any queries I had pretty much straight away. When I caught the train down from Coventry James even arranged transport to pick me up from the station. He ran me through the whole history on the car before my purchase. Would highly recommend these guys and when I buy again I’ll be contacting Auto Elite for sure!
Chris made the whole process super easy, he was very patient with us and his knowledge was really helpful, especially with his Jaguar Land Rover background. They’ve got a lovely set up and we felt really at ease throughout with no pressure at all. As for the discovery sport we purchased, it was immaculately presented and we are totally in love with it. James was incredibly helpful. We weren’t really sure what make/model car we wanted. We like holidaying in the UK and taking bikes etc so needed something of a good size but not too big. We wanted something reliable that would last a while as we are not really interested in cars other than as transportation vehicles! Knowing the cars all had full service history, MOT checks with low mileage gave us reassurance. Purchased a Land Rover Discovery Luxury HSE TD6 Auto. The vehicle was immaculately presented. My wife and I found James and Chris to be very genuine, friendly, passionate and knowledgeable, they gave us plenty of time to check the vehicle over and to guide us through all the many controls and gadgets. The atmosphere at AutoElite Southwest is calm and relaxed and there is no sales pressure. We will definitely use the company again and will be recommending them to friends and family.
I have been very impressed with James and AutoElite SOUTHWEST . I recently bought a lovely little mini from him with a new MOT and newly serviced. James responded immediately to my initial and every follow up query, gave honest and realistic details and timeframes in relation to the car and viewing, & worked so hard to help me out significantly as I needed the car at short notice. He even stayed late into the evening to allow me to collect.
The car was vary fairly priced and in excellent order, and James honestly went above and beyond to make sure it was tip top in condition, he dealt with mot advisories and repairs, using an excellent garage and high end parts, so it was all sorted out for me to collect in time. He responded to follow up questions even after purchase, and on the whole has been responsive, helpful and reassuring which is such a relief in this area of business. He contacts when he says he will and does what he says he will and all with good humour and kindness.
The actual car is a joy and delight to drive and I am thrilled with it, I know I will be able to enjoy it for many years to come.
Excellent after sales service!!! James was on holiday and still couldn't do enough to help us sort an issue we had with the car 6 months after original purchase. Liaising with both the warranty company and the garage sorting the issue. Cannot praise James highly enough. Customer service at its best!! We will definitely return when we are ready to purchase another vehicle.

James went through all the spec of the vehicle with us and showed how everything worked as it should . There was no pressure he left us alone with the car before our test drive .
